The house

The home has 2,534 square feet of interior space. Upstairs, wraparound windows connect the open-plan living area, dining area and kitchen with golf-course and treetop views. The indoor dining table seats eight, and the covered lanai also has seating for eight overlooking the fairways.

The kitchen has a large island with bar seating, cookware, a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, blender, crockpot, rice cooker and toaster. A BBQ is also available.

The primary suite has a king bed, a ceiling fan, golf-course and garden views, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed, a ceiling fan and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed, a ceiling fan, garden views and an ensuite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The common living space has a queen sleeper sofa.

The lower courtyard contains a private pool, tropical landscaping, shaded lounge seating and a tiki bar. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, satellite/cable and smart TV, a DVD player and stereo. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. A pack-and-play is available upon request.

The home has a private entrance, lockbox self check-in, parking and an exterior camera facing the front gate. There are no resort fees.
