The open-plan living room has vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors to the backyard. The dining area seats six. A fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, along with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and ice machine.

The private shaded lanai and backyard have outdoor dining, lounge seating and a gas BBQ. A waterfront path leads to gardens and community spaces. The first-floor primary suite has water views, marina access and an ensuite shower/tub combination. The guest bedrooms have marina views and share a bathroom; the queen bedroom includes a desk. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, and air conditioning is available in the living room and all bedrooms.

Shared community facilities include a pool and hot tub with marina views and landscaped common areas. A garden and children’s play park are nearby. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, television with satellite or cable, a DVD player, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, towels, a hair dryer, iron, fitness room, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.

The condo is offered on a monthly-rental basis. Full-month occupancy is not required, but the full monthly charge applies without proration. Standard occupancy is six guests, with up to eight permitted subject to an extra-guest fee.

A car is recommended. Koko Marina offers dining, shopping and watersports and can be reached on foot or by car. Hanauma Bay and Sandy Beach are a short drive away. Waikīkī is a 15-minute drive away, and Waimānalo and Kailua’s east-side beaches are within a 30-minute drive. The garage is compact and best suited to a small SUV or car; larger vehicles can use the designated street stall across from the unit cul-de-sac.

Monthly rental: the full monthly charge applies regardless of nights occupied, with no prorated charges. Standard occupancy is six guests; maximum occupancy is eight, with an extra-guest fee. The maximum included electricity charge is $250. Guests must follow all community house rules. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
