## About the house

The home has five ensuite bedrooms, a loft, five full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. Reclaimed wood floors, beamed ceilings, custom bathrooms and a four-level elevator are features of the interior. The five suites and loft have ocean views, and several living areas include a den, a great room and a third-level window seat.

Level 1 has a theater room, a recreation room with an Irish-style pub, wet bar and pool table, an office nook, a cabana half bathroom, and an outdoor dining area with a wet bar. Level 2 has three ensuite bedrooms, a half bathroom, a den and laundry. Level 3 has two ensuite bedrooms, a half bathroom, a great room with a gas fireplace, two dining areas and a kitchen with double refrigerators, ovens and dishwashers, plus a beverage refrigerator. Level 4 has a loft with a full-size daybed.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool with a raised deck and gated access, a hot tub, a large dune deck overlooking the pool and ocean, outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower, a gas grill and five beach chairs. A private beach walkway has steps. The elevator is accessible from the carport, which has a Tesla EV charger; bring your own adapter.

Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. Entertainment includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV and streaming TV. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, a microwave and a toaster. The home has central heating and air conditioning and municipal water.

The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
