The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, large covered dining lanai and a second-floor guest room. The living and dining spaces connect with a covered lanai furnished for shared meals, reading and lounging. The kitchen includes kitchen basics and a nearby dining area.
The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 each have one king bed; Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have one queen bed. Each bedroom has access to one of the home's three bathrooms. A washer, dryer, hot water, essentials and shampoo are available.
The home sits on Anini Road beyond the beach park in a rural setting. Anini Beach is just beyond the home, with a broad fringing reef and opportunities for snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, windsurfing, picnicking and beach walks. Princeville is 5 minutes away, and Hanalei is 10 minutes by car. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional fee.
The home is in a tsunami evacuation zone. Evacuation procedures will be provided with arrival instructions.
