House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. No smoking, pets or parties. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming their identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document.
Getting there
The duplex has narrow internal stairs that may not be suitable for all guests. A small flight of steps leads to the patio seating area. The WCs are separate from the bathrooms.
