The living and dining area has light wood floors, African objets d’art, colourful wall art, a cream sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The red-and-black kitchen has a breakfast bar, electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.

The principal bedroom is on the upper floor and has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and wash basin. The second bedroom has a double bed, contemporary wall prints and garden views. The main bathroom has a shower and double wash basin. Separate WCs are provided on each floor, apart from the bathrooms.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and extends over two levels connected by narrow stairs. A small flight of steps leads to the secluded patio seating area. Parc Monceau is nearby, and Rue de Dames has bars and bistros.

Facilities include central heating, free wireless internet, a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels, pillows, bed linen, soap and toilet paper are provided. The home is suitable for children and infants. The minimum age to rent is 25.
