The condo has an equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar seating three, a dining table seating four, and a living area with a queen sofa bed. The outdoor area has a BBQ grill and two rocking chairs. The upstairs primary bedroom has a private veranda with seating. An outdoor community pool is on the property. Additional-charge access is available to Vista Ocotal Club and Coco Bay Estates Club, with pools, a gym, tennis courts and a restaurant. Linens, towels, soaps and air conditioning in every bedroom are provided. Other amenities include a dryer, TV, outdoor shower, high chair, travel crib, safe, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.
