House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. The no-pets policy applies unless Pets Welcome is advertised; any exception requires prior agreement. Forced move-in days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.
Getting there
The beach, shops, cafés and foreshore are within strolling distance. Garage parking is limited to one car. Erskine Falls is 9 km away, Aireys Inlet 18 km, Apollo Bay 45 km, Twelve Apostles 90 km and Cape Otway 95 km.
