The complex has three swimming pools: a main pool, plunge pool and child pool, plus a spa pool. The main pool is closed between Easter and Labour Weekend. The spa pool remains available through winter. Pool facilities are open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Pool heating is temporarily turned off from ANZAC Weekend until Labour Weekend.

Tahunanui Beach is approximately 150–165 metres away. Nelson City Centre is 10 minutes by car and Nelson Airport is 5 minutes by car. One garage car park is provided, with a maximum vehicle height of 2 metres.

No parties, venue use or smoking. Pets are not permitted. Complex body corporate and house rules apply. Check-in is normally between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM; late arrival after 8:00 PM requires agreement. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge by arrangement.
