House rules
A 5-night minimum stay is required year-round, with longer minimum stays during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's weeks. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property throughout the stay. No smoking is allowed and pets are not permitted. The villa sleeps 8 guests, with a maximum of 7 adults. Kayak and seaview-board rentals require a signed waiver.
Getting there
The villa is on an ironshore coastline with an access point for entering the water; pool shoes and fins are recommended. West Bay Beach is a 5-minute drive and Cemetery Beach is a 10-minute drive. A rental car is recommended for exploring beyond Seven Mile Beach; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
