House rules
A 5-night minimum stay applies year-round; 6 nights are required over Thanksgiving week and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's weeks. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire stay. No smoking and no pets are permitted. The villa sleeps 8 guests, with a maximum of 7 adults.
Getting there
The property is on an oceanfront stretch with natural ironshore rock. An access point allows entry to the water; pool shoes and fins are recommended. West Bay Beach is a 5-minute drive and Cemetery Beach is a 10-minute drive. A rental car is recommended for exploring beyond Seven Mile Beach; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
