A 5-night minimum stay applies year-round; 6 nights are required over Thanksgiving week and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's weeks. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire stay. No smoking and no pets are permitted. The villa sleeps 8 guests, with a maximum of 7 adults.
