The house

The condo has an open living area with ocean views and direct balcony access. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom and direct balcony access. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. There are two full bathrooms, with linens, towels and essentials provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishware and utensils. A breakfast bar seats two and the dining table seats four. Both provide laptop-friendly workspaces. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo, and cable TV with Showtime is included. Air conditioning and a washer/dryer are available.

Shared facilities include a seasonally heated oceanfront pool with lounge seating, picnic areas, BBQ grills and a community game room with ping pong and a TV. Board games, adult bikes, an elevator and on-site golf are also available. Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella are provided.

The beach is directly accessible without crossing roads. Flagler Avenue restaurants, boutiques, nightlife and local events are a short walk away. Canaveral National Seashore and other area attractions are accessible from the property. Free on-site parking is limited to one vehicle.

Self check-in uses a smart lock. Front desk hours are Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM, and Friday–Saturday, 9 AM–9 PM. Guests must be at least 25 to book, and a rental agreement and ID verification are required. Smoking and pets are not permitted; quiet hours begin after 10 PM.
