The house

The top floor has air-conditioned open-plan living opening onto a covered balcony with outdoor dining, a BBQ, bar fridge and outdoor heater. The living area has couches, a large-screen Smart TV with soundbar, Wi-Fi and a stocked bookshelf. The kitchen includes an island bench with stools, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, coffee machine, cookware and utensils. An eight-seat dining table provides indoor dining.

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and located on the ground floor with two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, TV and private ocean-view balcony with a sun lounge, plus an ensuite with rainfall shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower and toilet, and there is an additional powder room.

The lower ground floor contains a laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities, and a double garage. Linen is provided. Heating, hot water, a smoke detector, and children's books and toys are available. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.

The water's edge is 100 m away. The Lorne coastal reserve follows the waterfront, with fishing at the pier and swimming in Louttit Bay. Follow the Shipwreck Trail along the coastline for 1 km to patrolled Lorne Beach and the town's restaurants and shops. Shelley Beach's rock pools are 600 m in the opposite direction.
