The house

The apartment has approximately 90 m² of usable space, a spacious open-plan living and dining area with oak flooring, and a south-facing balcony. Balcony furniture is available approximately April–October. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. There are three televisions, a Blu-ray player and a Teufel music system. The first-floor bathroom has a shower, toilet, heated illuminated mirror and makeup mirror. The attic bathroom has a bathtub/shower and toilet, with a small sea view from the bathtub; the attic roof windows also offer a small sea view. Heating, underfloor heating, window privacy screens, a hairdryer, towel warmer and ironing board are provided. Included services and supplies comprise bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, luggage service to and from the property, a water carafe and initial bathroom supplies.
