Each has air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, a TV and a closet; Bedroom 1 also has a balcony/deck. A fifth bedroom in the pool house is on the first/main floor and has a queen bed, air conditioning and a full ensuite bathroom. The landscaped grounds include porches, patios, a 50-foot gunite lap pool and an ocean-facing spa seating 10. A secluded private ocean beach with 110 feet of frontage is directly in front of the home. A separate two-car garage, outdoor shower and surfboards are included. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is 10, with no additional guests permitted. Pets, smoking and events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $200.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
