With 12 ensuite bedrooms and numerous, varied common spaces, in addition to a dune side grotto with hot tub and fire pit, guests will enjoy a floor plan offering an ideal balance between solitude and privacy as well as socializing. Filtered water is available on every floor so bring your water bottles and don't bother with those store bought water bottles!

The third level is crafted to provide sweeping views of the ocean from a screened porch, an open deck as well as bar, living and dining areas. A large party deck on the sound side offers fabulous sunset views. The kitchen is designed to please the most discriminating chef. Level two also has large exterior decks facing the ocean and sound and provides additional common areas for relaxing and playing. The ground floor is complete with a theater room, arcade, large rec room, bar and office.

The bar and rec area opens up to a screened covered porch with a dining area, perfect for outdoor entertaining. The ground floor is themed as an outdoor Boardwalk with Skeeball, Hoop Fever, Whac A Mole, Arcade Legends, Buck Hunter, bumper shuffleboard, and a pool table! The pool complex is the ultimate retreat with a swim-up bar, kiddie pool, two poolside cabana style changing rooms and a covered pavilion with outdoor TV. Truly an outdoor paradise.

A private walkway to the beach is accessible from this area, as well as a dune deck- the ultimate spot to enjoy an oceanfront sunrise or moonlit seascape. For those wishing to stay active, pool volleyball and basketball are available for endless hours of fun. The impressive array of amenities at the “Oceanfront Oasis” is well complemented by those offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home.

Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, daily beach chair and tent set up from May 25 to September 12, daily beach chair and umbrella set up from April 27-May 23 and September 14-26 and more. For a small fee, guests of this home may also use the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center, which is within walking distance.
