The property is intended for responsible adults and their families; children are welcome. Parties, excessive noise and events are prohibited. Noise monitoring systems are installed and city noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Guests must check in in person with a property greeter before 8:00 p.m.; later arrivals are accommodated starting at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. ID verification matching the reservation credit card is required at check-in. Small dogs require approval. Long-term stays are allowed. Beach equipment rentals incur an additional charge.
Getting there
La Jolla Village shops, cafés and beaches are steps away. An oceanfront path leads to La Jolla Cove. San Diego attractions are a short drive away. A car is not necessary. Garage parking is limited to one space. The building has an elevator.
