## About the house

The condo sleeps four and combines modern European design with ocean views from nearly every room. The open-plan living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows, wide glass doors, a sectional and dining seating for four. A private ocean-view balcony has cushioned seating.

The remodeled kitchen features European cabinetry, quartz-style counters, stainless appliances and an ocean-view breakfast nook. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, blender and kettle.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have linens, portable air-conditioning units and ceiling fans; there is no central air conditioning.

Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV streaming, satellite or cable television, an in-unit washer and dryer, heating, a private entrance, elevator access and one secure garage parking space. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Approved small dogs are welcome.

La Jolla Village shops, cafés, restaurants and beaches are steps away. An oceanfront path leads to La Jolla Cove, and San Diego attractions are a short drive away. A car is not necessary. Long-term stays are also allowed.
