Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM; unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult, and children may stay as part of the group. Online check-in and verification may be required. The property does not have a backup generator, and power outages can occur.
Getting there
The apartment is directly on Isla Verde's beach. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is an estimated 5–10 minute drive away. Taxis and rideshare-style transport are available; a car is described as a useful option for exploring the island. Free street, free premises, and paid parking options are available.
