House rules
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. No parties or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. Pets are not permitted. Building Body Corporate and House Rules also apply. Security cameras operate in common areas of the building. Late arrivals after 8pm and late check-out require agreement and may incur an additional charge.
Getting there
The apartment is on Nelson's waterfront, with walking-distance access to the city centre, beach, waterfront restaurants and cafés. Dedicated secure garage parking accommodates up to two standard vehicles, with a maximum entry height of 2 metres. The waterfront road is busy and the area is subject to some road and port noise.
