## About the house

The home has two oceanfront decks with sea, sand and sunrise views. The lower deck has outdoor dining and ample seating, with another picnic-table dining area on the right side of the home. Exterior amenities include a gas grill, a large outdoor shower and adult bikes. The outdoor shower is unavailable during the off-season, approximately October through March/April.

Inside, the open layout has vaulted ceilings, wood finishes and comfortable furnishings. Streaming TV, a loft play area and a Ping-Pong table provide entertainment. The kitchen has updated appliances, countertops, a wine fridge and a blender.

The five bedrooms have linens, TVs and nautical decor. Three bedrooms each have one queen bed; the fourth has one king bed; the fifth has two double beds and one twin bed. Towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, internet access and a Pack-N-Play are provided.

The loft is reached by a ladder and is not senior-friendly. Its sloped ceiling and overhead beams require particular care for anyone taller than 5 feet.

The beach is accessible directly from the back door. The loft requires climbing a ladder and is not senior-friendly; its sloped ceiling and overhead beams require particular care for anyone taller than 5 feet. The outdoor shower is unavailable approximately October through March/April.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. The renter must be at least 25 years old. No smoking anywhere on the premises. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking; it is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
