The great room has two-story windows, designer seating and glass walls opening toward the outdoor areas. Multiple lounges include an upstairs living room with a full-size futon. A floating staircase and glass walkways connect parts of the home. The indoor kitchen has a waterfall island, high-end appliances, espresso machine, wine fridge, food processor and a climate-controlled wine display. Kitchen equipment also includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, kettle, blender, rice cooker, coffee grinder and ice machine. The outdoor kitchen has a built-in grill and prep counters. All bedrooms and the kitchen have dropdown flat-screen TVs.
