House rules
Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children. Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are optional and are not supplied as standard. There is no linen replacement or cleaning during the stay. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels €2.00; towel set with one small and one large towel €7.00; double-bed linen €18.00; single-bed linen €14.00; bath mat €3.00; end-of-stay cleaning €55.00. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable €800.00 deposit per booking is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Internet, heating, personalised welcome and personalised departure services are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange the arrival time and key handover. Low-season arrival and departure times may be flexible by agreement. Use a dedicated charging station rather than domestic sockets for electric vehicles. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure before 10:00. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show. Optional cancellation insurance requires supporting documentation.
Getting there
Fogeo Beach is 10 m away, with direct beach access. The apartment is on the first floor and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Free residence parking is available, but there is no private allocated space. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles. Super U Arzon is 900 m away, Le Spot Nautique Le Crouesty 1 km, Transat Café 2 km, Bluegreen Rhuys Kerver golf 5 km, Pop Corn Labyrinthe 13 km, Château de Suscinio 14 km, Celt’Aventures 17 km, Aquagolfe aquatic centre 24 km, Bretagne Atlantique hospital in Vannes 32 km and Vannes station 33 km. Port du Crouesty and Maison Amélie are 2 km away in the description but 1.5 km in the distance table; confirm these distances.
