Ocean Song accommodates up to 14 guests across four levels, with six bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The fourth-level ship’s watch has built-in seating and ocean views. Level three contains a great room, a well-equipped kitchen with an island and barstools, an ocean-facing dining area, open decks and a king bedroom with ocean views and a semi-private bathroom with a standing shower.

Level two has covered decks and four bedrooms: two king bedrooms share one bathroom, while another king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets share another bathroom. The bottom-level ensuite bedroom has two daybeds.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV and multiple televisions, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Outdoors there is furniture, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs. A basketball hoop is offered for 2026 only.

Interior updates include luxury plank flooring on three levels, carpeting on the stairways, refinished wainscoting, a coastal tongue-and-groove wall and furniture accents. Community beach access is adjacent to the home, using a shared beach walkway. Parking accommodates four vehicles.
