The house

The townhome has an open main living area with coastal accents, wood flooring and seating for groups. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and island seating. The main living area and kitchen are on the third floor, with no elevator access.

Balconies, a patio and outdoor dining space provide places to relax outside. Multiple indoor gathering areas include a media room with a sleeper sofa and foosball table. A BBQ, heating, televisions and in-home washer/dryer are available.

Four bedrooms include two king beds, two queen beds and four twin single beds; the living room and media room each have a sleeper sofa. The home includes ensuite bathrooms, and bedrooms are supplied with linens, towels, pillows and comforters. Bedroom 2 has a balcony, and all four bedrooms have TVs.

Guests have access to two shared heated saltwater pools at Village by the Beach, along with splash features, lounge areas and a playground. The shoreline is within walking access. Two assigned parking spaces are at the front of the property, with additional parking next to the fence and behind the property. Self-check-in uses a keypad.
