The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views. The equipped kitchen includes a microwave, with a six-seat dining table and additional breakfast-bar seating. Sliding doors open from the dining area onto a private wraparound balcony. The living area has a sofa, armchairs and Netflix, along with ceiling fans and split-system air-conditioning. Heating is also available.
Both bedrooms have king-size beds and wall-mounted TVs. There are two full bathrooms, including an ensuite for the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has ocean and city views.
Guests have access to a shared pool, spa and gym. Free Wi-Fi and an in-unit washing machine and dryer are provided, along with a hair dryer and iron. Broadbeach’s shops, cafes and restaurants are a stroll away.
