Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not unplug or disconnect the smart air-conditioning controllers. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Unauthorized late checkout incurs an additional fee. Electricity and water interruptions may occur, and the property has no backup generator or water tanks.
Getting there
Ocean Park beach is about a five-minute walk away. Condado is about 10 minutes by car and Old San Juan is about 18 minutes by car. The airport is about 9 minutes or 5.6 km away. The neighborhood is also served by Uber, Lyft, and taxis.
