The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It sits atop a hill on the east side of Yachats, three blocks from the beach, with town shops and restaurants within walking reach.

The middle main level includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with major and small appliances, a dining table seating six, a laundry room, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a king-size bed. The living room has a flatscreen TV with cable, Netflix and a DVD player.

The lower level provides play and sleeping space with two twin rollaway beds and a futon, plus a foosball table, card table and a second TV. Upstairs are a king bedroom and a queen bedroom beside a full bathroom. Wi-Fi and a private hot tub are available. Florence, Waldport and Newport are within an easy drive.

The three-story home sits atop a hill on the east side of Yachats, three blocks from the beach. Town shops and restaurants can be reached on foot.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of 10. Temporary stays only; permanent residence is prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; legally recognized service animals are permitted as required by law, and emotional support animals require pet authorization. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, up to $500 for additional cleaning or actual cost if greater, agency or HOA fines and related damages, and a late-departure fee up to one night's rental. Rule violations may result in removal without refund. Early arrival and late departure may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repair. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Unit-specific terms override general terms; booking-channel terms control in a conflict.
