No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the guest count on the booking; notify management of changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised or otherwise previously agreed. Fixed arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
Wye beach, the cafe/general store and the Wye pub are less than a five-minute walk away. The property relies on tank water. On-site parking accommodates two cars.
