The property is 20 minutes' walk from Nelson city centre and 25 minutes' walk from Tahuna Beach. The shared driveway is steep; it is straight and wide, and a three-point turn is required to reverse into the parking area. Two off-street car parks are provided. A larger vehicle is recommended to park immediately below the house.

No parties or venue use. No smoking inside. Pets require special written permission and may be subject to a $50 fee. Spa pool use must be quiet after 10pm. The shared driveway must not be obstructed, and no other vehicles are permitted at the property.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, or from noon when early check-in has been purchased. Earlier check-in may sometimes be available for an additional charge.

## Are pets allowed?
Outdoor pets may be allowed by special written permission, subject to special terms and a $50 pet fee.
