Is the pool fenced?
No. The pool is not fenced, although the backyard is fenced.
Are pets permitted?
One dog weighing 75 lbs or less is permitted. Express approval is required for heavier dogs, multiple dogs or other pets.
When are outdoor facilities available?
Outdoor pools and attached hot tubs typically operate from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Confirm availability before booking outside this period, including outdoor furniture and equipment.
What cleaning is included?
One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included. Additional requested cleanings are at the guest's expense.
