Every room on the top floor has ocean views. The top-floor kitchen has an island with four barstools, and the adjacent dining table seats twelve. The great room includes seating, a gas fireplace and a home theater system. A library, open decks and a hot tub complete the shared top-floor facilities. The king bedroom has a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and private deck access. The second floor has two queen bedrooms with private bathrooms and two further queen bedrooms sharing a bathroom, plus covered decks. The ground floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a recreation room with a pool table and foosball. Its kitchenette has a refrigerator and microwave. A patio leads to the gated private pool area, with seating and loungers. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, five beach chairs, outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a washer and dryer. Kitchen equipment includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, blender, drip and pod coffee makers, microwave and toaster. An arcade game is offered for 2027 only.
