Maximum occupancy is six guests. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed.

The house is split-level and backs onto Kuarka Dorla Reserve. Anglesea River is a 10-minute walk away, and Coogoorah Park is a 5-minute walk away. Anglesea Heath is around a 20-minute drive away. Anglesea Golf Club is approximately 900 m away. On-site parking accommodates two cars.
