# Oasis in Springs East Hampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 4,000-square-foot home has open-plan living spaces, oversized windows, a large dining area and an updated kitchen with premium appliances and generous preparation space. Furnished bedrooms, bed linens, bath towels, hair dryers, heating, hot water, central air conditioning, a dedicated workspace and a washer and dryer are provided. Five bedrooms are on the second floor: three have king beds and two have queen beds. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have ensuite bathrooms. The lower-level sixth bedroom has two double/full beds and an ensuite bathroom. All six bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 have streaming TVs; bedroom 6 has a TV. The grounds have mature trees, outdoor seating, an outdoor dining table and a wood-burning fire pit. The backyard is not fenced. Public hiking trails in the neighboring preserve can be reached without a car. Beaches, restaurants and villages are a short drive away. One light cleaning for every eight nights booked and an end-of-stay cleaning are included. Additional cleanings are available at the guest's expense. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, confirm outdoor furniture and equipment availability before booking; seasonal cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. A refundable cash security deposit of $5,000 is required. Its payment and administration are governed by a separate Security Deposit Agreement signed by owner and guest before check-in. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $150.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and an end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional requested cleanings are at the guest's expense. Confirm outdoor furniture and equipment availability before booking outside Memorial Day to Labor Day. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and successfully rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire.
