Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot, cookware and dishes. The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, streaming TV, closet and full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. Three upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and streaming TV; bedrooms three and four also have closets. A half bathroom is on the main floor, and an upstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The living room opens onto an uncovered deck with outdoor dining furniture, an umbrella and seating areas. Outdoor facilities include four lounge chairs, a grill, wood-burning fire pit, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, balcony, swing set, bicycle and a fence around the yard. The private freshwater outdoor pool is heated. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi are provided.
