House rules
No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, a pre-check-in form and official photographic identification are required. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives no refund.
Getting there
The home is arranged across the lower ground, raised ground and three upper floors, with a split-level garden. A lower-ground-floor bedroom is locked and unavailable to guests.
