Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Keep noise to a minimum, particularly outdoors, between 22:00 and 08:00; community noise restrictions may be stricter. Noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Occupancy must not exceed the maximum specified in the reservation. Parties and events require prior AvantStay approval. Guests must sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy before their stay. Violations may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund. A local security patrol monitors the community. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking. Optional pool and/or spa heating costs extra and requires at least 48 hours’ advance notice.
Getting there
The access road is narrow and winding with some drop-offs. The driveway is situated on a drop-off; use extra caution when navigating the area. Driveway parking is limited to four vehicles, with no garage available.
