Oak Hills accommodates up to 16 guests in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. The hillside outdoor areas include a private pool, lounge seating, palm trees, a patio, a barbecue and a cliffside hot tub overlooking the valley. Optional pool or spa heating requires an additional fee and at least 48 hours’ advance notice.

Inside, exposed wood ceilings, rustic dining furniture and oversized windows accompany multiple living and dining areas. The chef’s kitchen has generous preparation space, full-size appliances and bar seating. A drum set and massage table are also available. Three HDTVs offer cable and internet TV, including NFL Channel and RedZone. Heating, air conditioning, a washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi are provided.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, sofa bed, TV, balcony and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 accommodates six guests and has an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a double bed. Bedrooms include linens, towels, pillows and comforters, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements.

The home is in the Sherman Oaks hills, close to Ventura Boulevard’s restaurants, shops and cafés. The driveway accommodates four vehicles; no garage is available. Self-check-in uses a keypad.

Smoking violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Keep noise to a minimum, particularly outdoors, between 22:00 and 08:00; community noise restrictions may be stricter. Noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Occupancy must not exceed the maximum specified in the reservation. Parties and events require prior AvantStay approval. Guests must sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy before their stay.
