Parties/events not allowed. No pets allowed. Check-in from 14:00 to 17:00 every day. Check-out before 11:00. Security deposit: EUR 500 per booking, payable on arrival by cash or credit card hold. Government Tourist Fee of EUR 3 per adult (12+) per night from 1 Oct 2025.

Beach: 30 m to sandy beach (Trou Aux Biches Beach). City: 14.9 km to Port Louis. No explicit vehicle requirement.
