Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 14:00 to 17:00 every day, and check-out is before 11:00. A refundable security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival. Guests are asked to provide their plane or ship number and arrival time one week before arrival and to call when they reach the destination to arrange key collection. A government tourist fee of €3 per adult aged 12 or over per night applies from 1 October 2025; stated exemptions include children under 12, Mauritian residents, Premium Visa holders and Residence Permit holders.
