What staying here is like
The villa has 4,000 square feet of open-plan space, three bedrooms with sleeping space for two in each, and two full bathrooms plus one half bathroom. Built with recycled and reused materials, it features a green roofing system designed to regulate stormwater runoff and cool the house. Living and dining areas have large sliding glass doors. Facilities include a private pool, Jacuzzi tub, patio/deck, barbecue grill, beach chairs, ceiling fans throughout, cable/satellite TV, CD and DVD players, a stereo system, an iPod dock, a hairdryer and tiled floors. Daily maid service is provided. Community amenities include boating, a clubhouse, fitness center, golf course, playground/park, pool, spa/Jacuzzi and tennis courts. Guests receive one complimentary three-course dinner at a nearby restaurant and a choice of a private massage, horseback riding tour or rainforest canopy zip-line tour.
