The villa has an open-plan layout, large sliding glass doors and a landscaped rooftop designed to retain rainwater and help regulate indoor temperature. The master suite has a private deck and Jacuzzi tub; the two guest bedrooms have high-end bedding. A covered terrace adjoins the fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include ceiling fans throughout, a BBQ grill, coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, cable/satellite TV, CD and DVD players, a stereo system, tiled floors, a washer/dryer and daily maid service.
