The main villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms; La Casita, the separate guest house, has one bedroom and one bathroom. The property has tropical gardens, surrounding rainforest, high ceilings, custom furniture and an open floor plan. The main bedrooms have ceiling fans and security safes, and the master suite has a private ocean-view terrace. La Casita has secure storage, a kitchen and a spacious patio with hammocks. A shaded rancho, BBQ deck, small outdoor kitchen and outdoor half bathroom serve the pool area. Daily maid service, a dishwasher, cable/satellite TV, balcony, patio/deck, CD and DVD players, stereo system and iPod docking are available. A private cook can be hired.
