## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. All five bedrooms have private bathrooms, and three bedrooms have air conditioning. Wraparound terraces offer views of Playa Pelada, Playa Guiones and the surrounding tropical landscape. The upstairs terrace has hammocks, wooden tables and chairs, and wicker seating; the downstairs terrace has bamboo furniture and rocking chairs. The home has ceiling fans throughout, tiled floors, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a Jacuzzi, and an outdoor entertainment area with a gas barbecue. Daily maid service is available. Entertainment includes cable/satellite TV, a DVD player, CD players, a stereo system, movies, CDs, books, cards and board games.
