The house

The main floor has an open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, with natural light from windows, glass doors and skylights. The living room has a deep-seated couch, two armchairs, a wood-burning fireplace and a piano. A glass dining table seats six, and the kitchen has a smaller round table, generous counter space and cabinetry. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee pot, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. A private home office is on the second level.

Two bedrooms are upstairs: one has a king bed and the other a double/full bed. Both have air conditioning and access to a full Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The main-floor bedroom has two twin beds. All three bedrooms have closets. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is on the main floor, and a third full bathroom with a shower is on the lower level.

The landscaped property sits on a quiet cul-de-sac. Outdoors are an uncovered deck/patio, dining furniture, four lounge chairs, a gas grill, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, a cooler, a kayak/canoe and a fenced yard. The private outdoor pool is heated and saltwater. Additional facilities include a washer and dryer, heating, television with cable, a wine fridge, a game room, a private entrance, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
