House rules

Maximum occupancy is six. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation. One dog of 25 lbs or less is permitted for $250.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Events are prohibited without express approval. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $50.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional requested cleanings are at guests' expense. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Clam Island Park Beach is a seven-minute walk away; Long Beach is a five-minute drive away. Sag Harbor town restaurants and museums are a five-minute drive away, and Kromer Market is a two-minute drive away. Noyack Old School House is next door, and the ferry to Shelter Island is a short drive away. The property is not handicap accessible. Bedrooms are upstairs, with additional sleeping areas on the main and lower levels.
