An open-plan living room connects to the dining area and equipped kitchen. The finished lower level has a sitting area, and the sunroom includes a dining table. Both bedrooms are on the second floor: one has a queen bed and standard closet, and the other has a double/full bed. Additional sleeping areas comprise a main-floor sunroom with one sofa bed and open-area privacy, and a lower-level common area with two sofa beds and two twin/single beds. All four sleeping areas have air conditioning. The second-floor full bathroom has a shower; the main-floor full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The outdoor space includes an expansive yard, uncovered patio with dining table and seating, gas and charcoal grilling facilities, a wood-burning fire pit and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Beach chairs, lounge chairs, a cooler and tennis equipment are provided, with access to communal tennis courts nearby. The cottage has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking, a washer and dryer, and a Bluetooth speaker system. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee equipment, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes.
