## About the house

Novalie occupies two levels with 350 sqm of living space on a 600 sqm plot. All six bedrooms have air conditioning, closets and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The pool level has three king bedrooms, a living area with sofa and TV opening onto the pool terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining for up to eight guests and a guest WC. The entrance level has a super-king master bedroom with a sitting area and sea view, plus two king bedrooms. Outside are shaded dining for up to 12 guests, a lounge area, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bar, exterior lighting and private parking. The villa also has flat-screen and satellite TV, a power generator and a laundry room. Daily housekeeping, linen changes twice weekly, towel changes three times weekly, daily pool-towel changes, pool freshening three times weekly and luggage assistance are included. Arrival transfer, dedicated concierge, welcome delicacies, pre-stocking service, personal check-in and ongoing support are included, along with a €100 services credit. Chef service, transfers, yacht charters, grocery supply, VIP reservations, security, car rental, helicopter transfers and babysitting are available on request. The Fixer service upgrade carries an additional charge.
