The apartment accommodates four guests and has a spacious, bright living room with a double sofa bed and dining area. A separate eat-in kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Outdoor space consists of a large balcony and a furnished patio.

The main bedroom has a queen-size double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed and a large window overlooking the internal patio. A second bathroom has a shower and bidet. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

The location allows exploration of central Noto on foot. Catania airport is approximately one hour away by car, and Noto railway station is less than 15 minutes away on foot. A bus stop directly in front of the apartment has direct services from Catania airport and connections from Syracuse, Avola and Modica.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The standard arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
